Netradyne has opened its platform so fleet managers can create their own recurring AI agents, alongside a set of ready-made agents for safety and coaching, according to Fleet Equipment Magazine.
The company said customers built more than 250 agents within the first month of release. The ready-made agents, the custom agent builder and the conversational fleet intelligence tools are available to direct Netradyne customers in the U.S. and Canada.
Ready-made agents
Netradyne's existing agents include a Collision Management Agent, which handles incidents from initial report through resolution, and a Coaching Agent that supports driver coaching.
A new Campaign Agent lets managers select safety priorities and driver groups. It then handles scoring, daily standings and driver updates. It also compares performance before, during and after a campaign to show where drivers improved and where more coaching may be needed.
Custom agents without code
Managers can describe a task in plain language, such as identifying drivers for recognition or assembling fuel-efficiency coaching materials. They then choose the driver groups, conditions and schedule. The agent delivers updated findings and recommendations through the Netradyne portal or by email.
Managers can also ask questions about live fleet data and follow up by driver, group, behavior or time period. When a question produces a useful analysis, Netradyne said it can be turned into an agent that runs on a recurring schedule.
Extending into other AI tools
Netradyne MCP brings fleet context into external AI tools including ChatGPT and Claude. The company said this lets fleet teams ask questions about their operation and build agents from tools they already use.
Netradyne CEO Avneesh Agrawal said: "Agents give managers an easy and scalable way to draw on Netradyne Intelligence." He added that managers describe what matters and agents bring it to them, with people staying in control.
Context
Fleet Equipment Magazine's related coverage points to similar moves elsewhere, including Samsara's Agent Studio. The sources do not detail how the offerings compare.
